Mawlana Hafeez

Mawlana Hafeez Aziz has been a student of knowledge for the last 9 years. He began his studies at the age of 18 under the tutelage of Mufti Muhammad Faazal, a highly respected teacher who specialises in advanced teaching and is known as Ustad ul Ullama (The teacher of Scholars). Mawlana Hafeez had the opportunity to master Arabic grammar as well as studying Islamic Law in great detail, specialising in Hanafi Fiqh. Mawlana Hafeez is also a keen teacher of Mantiq (logic), Hadith (Prophetic Sayings) and Usul (Principles of Fiqh and Hadith). Mawlana Hafeez graduated from his Alimiyyah studies a number of years ago and continues to study and advance his knowledge, he considers himself an “addict” of Arabic grammar and has become extremely proficient in developing techniques and methods to make this appealing and accessible to students in this day and age. As well as continuing his studies, Mawlana Hafeez is the Principal of a children’s maddrasa, Al-Mustafa Academy.
